Masuria Industry · OEM manufacturing

Manufacturing for your brand.
From design to series production.

We combine CAD design, technical documentation, prototyping and manufacturing. At our facilities in Ostróda, we develop products and components in metal, wood and wood-based materials. We support businesses that develop their own products and need a partner to manufacture them. The scope of our work is tailored to the project: from individual components to a process covering multiple stages of development and production.

The right technology for your project.

Design and prototyping

We prepare CAD models, technical documentation and prototypes. The starting point can be a product concept or existing documentation, which we review together before work begins.

Laser cutting

We cut sheet metal components and process tubes and profiles. This technology supports both prototyping and the series production of structural parts and enclosures.

CNC bending and metal spinning

We form sheet metal on press brakes and produce rotationally symmetrical parts using CNC metal spinning. We select the process to suit the geometry of the part, the material and the technical documentation.

Wood and panel processing

We work with wood, MDF, HPL and structural materials. For projects that require components in different materials, we combine these capabilities with our metalworking processes.

Welding

We join metal components into assemblies and structures. Part preparation and joining methods are agreed according to the product design and intended use.

Surface finishing

We operate an automated painting line. Surface preparation and the scope of finishing are included in the technical specifications agreed for the material and the intended use of the finished component.

From requirements to production.

  1. Requirements

We discuss the product’s intended use, materials, available documentation and planned production scale. We agree which stages the collaboration will cover and identify any information still needed.

  2. Design

We agree on the design, material choices and technical documentation. We balance appearance and function with the manufacturing requirements of each component.

  3. Prototype

We evaluate the proposed solutions at the prototype stage. We discuss any changes needed and approve the documentation that will form the basis for production.

  4. Production

We manufacture to the agreed documentation. Production quantities, finishing and preparation of the product for handover are specified for each order.

The data you provide

The form collects details about the contact person and their company: first name, email address, company name and country, together with the information you provide about your business, location, preferred contact language, interest in our brands or a manufacturing project. We also process the content of your message and subsequent correspondence about your enquiry.

Purposes and legal bases for processing

Answering enquiries, arranging meetings, preparing quotations and holding discussions with company representatives are based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and establishing business relationships, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us on your own behalf as an individual, including as a sole trader, and request steps to be taken before entering into a contract, the legal basis for the necessary processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Safeguarding and pursuing legal claims, and protecting against misuse, serve our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where a legal obligation to retain documentation arises, we process the necessary data under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Handling your enquiry and recipients of data

Authorised people responsible for sales support or the relevant manufacturing project have access to enquiries. An enquiry may be forwarded to the sales representative responsible for the relevant market or region, to the extent necessary to provide a response.

We save your enquiry in the website’s protected database and forward it by email to the member of our team who handles your chosen contact language. Only authorised staff have access to enquiries.

Data may be processed by hosting, email and system maintenance providers, and by legal advisers, to the extent appropriate for their respective services. Providers acting on our behalf receive appropriate instructions and are subject to data protection obligations. We disclose data to authorised public bodies where required by law.

How long we retain data

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and related discussions. If the matter closes without a business relationship being established, we delete data that is no longer needed to document arrangements or defend against legal claims. An enquiry alone is not a reason for us to retain contact details indefinitely.

If a business relationship is established, the retention period for the relevant documentation depends on its type, the duration of the relationship, applicable statutory obligations and limitation periods for legal claims. We retain technical data for the period necessary to maintain security and investigate incidents. Backups are overwritten in accordance with the backup cycle.
